A program for teens learning how to cope with anger

Anger is an emotional state that is normal, but when it gets out of control
it can lead to problems.
Identify. Recognize. Control.
FSGC's Anger Management Group is an educational group that builds with each session. The session will help children identify and react to what triggers anger, learn how to cope with anger and will help them gain control over their emotions.
Who should attend?
Children appropriate for this group are those who are identified by parents, teachers or authority figures as exhibiting chronic and/or increasing levels of angry behaviors that are both clinically significant and negatively impacting their lives and the lives of others. Participants must be appropriate for a group setting.
