Over 270 employees help 10,000 children each year.     FSGC comprehensive and affordable personal medical insurance options allow employee to achieve their health goals. FSGC pays nearly 70 percent of health and dental insurance for staff members. Flexible spending accounts are available to assist employee with their health and childcare expenses.

    FSGC's Wellness Committee boasts several fitness and wellness activities throughout the year.
    "IN" is FSGC's bi-monthly internal newsletter created to keep employees up-to-date with agency news, events and more.
    Our scenic campus includes a fishing pond which allows for clinicians and clients to talk while doing a therapeutic activity. Our campus is made up of three buildings, totaling xx? thousand square feet.

    We have a cafeteria for employees and clients as well as a half-court gym, perfect for playing some basketball or working with clients on therapeutic activities.
    FSGC has always been mindful of our environment and reducing waste. However, more recently, FSGC has made a concerted effort to buy business and cleaning supplies that are environmentally safe.

    Our efforts to be environmentally friendly will grow in years to come.
    Many FSGC employees are eligible for our 401K benefit program. If eligible, retirement account planners visit FSGC quarterly to help qualified employees enroll and to develop an individualized plan that will address retirement goals.

    Once enrolled, you have the opportunity to meet with them regularly to make sure your plan still meets your needs and goals.
    Achieving balance means something different for everyone, whether it's going on vacation, meeting people with similar hobbies or spending time with family and friends.

    FSGC's schedule includes nine holidays off, paid, for full time employees. Additionally, benefit eligible employees can accrue generous amounts of vacation and sick leave, which increase with your years of service.
    Employee discounts are available for a number of area activities, restaurants, services, travel and more.
    From an employee's first day, learning opportunities and experiences create pathways for individual growth and development.

    These opportunities include new employee orientation program, management and leadership education, scholarship opportunities for those pursuing degrees and regularly scheduled didactics on a wide range of timely mental health topics for eligible employees.

    FSGC takes pride in the work we do with children and families and it's important that our agency is a warm and inviting location for everyone.

    It's not uncommon to see a receptionist decorate the lobby to match the season, to see clients' art work in the hallways or have a local band come to our cafeteria and play over the lunch hour. The leadership team at FSGC hosts a BBQ lunch in the summer and employees gather together for a potluck Thanksgiving lunch.
