Summer Temporary Mental Health Specialist - Full-Time Summer Temporary Mental Health Specialists needed to work with emotionally disordered children ages 6 & under in our Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP), and in our Youth Developmental Center (YDC) with children ages 6-17. FSGC is currently seeking a number of summer temporary Mental Health Specialists to assist in both departments throughout the summer starting on May 24th and running through mid-August of 2010. These full-time employees will work between 35-40 hours per week on Monday through Friday.
Experience working with children is required. Groups are co-led & focus on social/life skills. Education and experience in the mental health field will be considered, but a bachelor's degree in a related mental health field is preferred. Crisis Attendant Care Provider - Individuals 20 years of age and older needed to work one on one with Severely Emotionally Disturbed Children ages 5 to 17 in crisis house & community.
Applicant must have a high school diploma & combination of documented experience & post-secondary education totaling 2 yrs in a human services-related field.
All shifts available (4 to 8 hr shifts available 24/7). Shifts are on-call only. Guaranteed on-call pay. Positions are part-time with no benefits. Flexible & varied hours up to 40/wk.

Attendant Care Provider - Individuals 18 years of age & older and at least 3 years older than the consumer are needed to work one to one with Severely Emotionally Disturbed Children ages 5 to 17 in a variety of community settings.
Applicant must have high school diploma. Valid KS driver's license and current auto insurance required. Applicant must also have a minimum of 2 years of documented experience with this population or 2 yrs post-secondary education in human service field or a combination of experience & education totaling 2 yrs.
Positions are hourly with no benefits. Flexible hours up to 40/wk. Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Weekend hours needed.
