Accounts Receivable Team Leader - The A/R Team Leader provides effective leadership necessary for timely & accurate billing & collections of all patient accounts. Plans, organizes, & directs all patient account billing including Medicaid, Third Party Insurance, & Self Pay including collections, implements & maintains an effective billing system which assures compliance with all applicable laws & regulations, is accountable for developing & enhancing productive working relationships among the various departments within the organization, primarily the Finance Department, Administration & Admissions, but also all clinical programs & manages the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department & gives direction to clerical staff. Bachelors Degree in related field is preferred. Previous experience as a health care billing manager or coordinator is expected. Attendant Care Provider - Individuals 18 years of age & older and at least 3 years older than the consumer are needed to work one to one with Severely Emotionally Disturbed Children ages 5 to 17 in a variety of community settings.
Applicant must have high school diploma. Valid KS driver's license and current auto insurance required. Applicant must also have a minimum of 2 years of documented experience with this population or 2 yrs post-secondary education in human service field or a combination of experience & education totaling 2 yrs.
Positions are hourly with no benefits. Flexible hours up to 40/wk. Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Weekend hours needed.
