CBS Team Leader - FSGC is accepting applications for the position of CBS Team Leader. The successful candidate must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP). Applicant must have provided clinical services for three years with an additional two years of supervisory experience preferred. An extensive knowledge of CBS services and the provision of mental health case management are needed. Applicants should possess the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary setting and be able to promote cross team services on behalf of consumers. Applicant must have demonstrated leadership ability.

FT CPST-Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment - FT CPST Case Manager needed to work with severely emotionally disturbed children and their families. Experience providing services in a community based setting with knowledge of community resources is preferred. Must possess ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively. Clear and effective communication skills required to provide service to families and community stakeholders. CPST is a face-to-face intervention with the consumer present; however, family or other collaterals may be involved. The majority of CPST contacts must occur in community locations where the person lives, works, attends school, and/or socializes. Attendant Care Provider - Individuals 18 years of age & older and at least 3 years older than the consumer are needed to work one to one with Severely Emotionally Disturbed Children ages 5 to 17 in a variety of community settings.
Applicant must have high school diploma. Valid KS driver's license and current auto insurance required. Applicant must also have a minimum of 2 years of documented experience with this population or 2 yrs post-secondary education in human service field or a combination of experience & education totaling 2 yrs.
Positions are hourly with no benefits. Flexible hours up to 40/wk. Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Weekend hours needed.

Crisis Attendant Care Provider - Individuals 20 years of age and older needed to work one on one with Severely Emotionally Disturbed Children ages 5 to 17 in crisis house & community.
Applicant must have a high school diploma & combination of documented experience & post-secondary education totaling 2 yrs in a human services-related field.
All shifts available (4 to 8 hr shifts available 24/7). Shifts are on-call only. Guaranteed on-call pay. Positions are part-time with no benefits. Flexible & varied hours up to 40/wk.
