Commonly Treated Disorders
Family Service and Guidance Center's Department of Psychiatry provides a full range of psychiatric services for children and adolescents. Our staff include four full time, board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, and four psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. Members of the Psychiatry Department work closely with other clinicians at FSGC, and with referral sources in the community, to ensure every client receives comprehensive, coordinated treatment. Psychotropic medication, when indicated, is only one aspect of a holistic approach to treatment that is demonstrated by all members of our Medical Team.
