About this event

Reduce your stress, increase your confidence and feel more in control as a parent while building a happier, healthier relationship with your children. This FREE class will meet at Family Service & Guidance Center, 327 S.W. Frazier Ave. for eight Mondays from 5:30-7 p.m. starting April 29.

Certificates of attendance will be available after class completion.

A meal will be provided for adults attending the class. Sorry -- no childcare is available.
