KSNT Story about Family Service & Guidance Center's New Trauma Treatment
Program. Aired January 30, 2011.
Dr. Bruce Perry is an internationally
recognized authority on traumatized children. He has consulted on high-profile
cases such as the Columbine High School shootings and the Oklahoma City bombing.
Staff at Family Service & Guidance Center have been trained by Dr. Perry,
and are using the latest in proven strategies to help traumatized kids. 24 staff
members, including clinicians, case managers, attendant care providers, and
group leaders all received the education
