Case Managers in Topeka at Family Services & Guidance Center help individuals and families put together a customized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. They advocate for individuals and families, break down barriers to services and connect people and families they serve to resources in the community. Case Managers also help them make the best use of mental health services. Not everyone FSGC serves is eligible for Case Management. Eligibility is based on the unique needs of the individual and family. FSGC professionals will work to determine if Case Management would be beneficial.
