Individual, Group and Family Counseling
Counseling in Topeka focuses on helping individuals and families handle a broad range of challenges, like depression, anxiety, loneliness, family and school problems, grief, trauma, substance use and major life changes.
Anxiety Treatment Program
Group participants learn strategies to overcome common fears, like the fear of storms or speaking in front of a crowd. The program can also stop ritualized behaviors, like repeated hand-washing, asking the same question over and over or constant tapping/touching of objects.
Crisis Services
Crisis Services are available 24/7/365 by calling 785.232.5005. Crisis Services assist families with mental health emergencies. The Crisis Team can help when you feel out of control or a family member threatens to harm themselves or someone else.
Individuals and families can also call or text the 988 National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
FSGC hosts exciting fundraising events, regular presentations on a variety of mental health topics, quarterly parenting classes, Youth Mental Health First Aid classes and other events.
